High-performing Emirati students can apply for this fully funded scholarship to pursue a Bachelor’s degree at the top 150 global universities. Eligible graduates can also advance their education through the new Master’s track program, specializing in social and professional disciplines.

Eligibility

Elite 

• Grade 11 final average 85% or higher 
• Grade 12 (Term 1) average 90% or higher 
• Unconditional offer of admission to a top 150 university by May  
• Minimum score of 6.0 in IELTS (academic) or 60 in TOEFL iBT 

Creative 

• Grade 12 final average 85% or higher 
• Creative portfolio 
• 2 reference letters 
• An offer to study a creative field of study at a top-ranked university (by overall ranking or by subject ranking) 
• Minimum score of 6.0 in IELTS (academic) or 60 in TOEFL iBT 

Master's 

• Academic Eligibility: Hold an approved qualification to pursue higher education; submit recent transcripts if still completing it. 
• University Admission: Secure admission to a university recommended by ADEK in your chosen field of study. 
• Screening and Evaluation: Pass the required interview, medical checks, and additional assessments required. 
• Conduct Certification: Provide a certificate of good conduct officially endorsed by the competent authorities. 
• Discipline Alignment: Confirm that your chosen academic discipline aligns with those approved by ADEK. 
• National Service Clearance: Obtain a condition statement certificate from the National Service and Reserve Authority. 
• Disciplinary Record Check: Confirm that you have not been previously expelled due to disciplinary action. 
• Scholarship Exclusivity: Verify that you have not received a scholarship from any other authority.
