Rayah FAQs

All the information on Rayah is provided by your kids' nursery, private or charter school via ADEK's Student Information System (eSIS). If you notice any incorrect or missing details, please reach out to their school or nursery directly.
If the school or nursery verifies that your kids' information is current and you still encounter issues, please contact us through the Rayah Help Center (on the app, tap "More" at the bottom of your screen and select "Rayah Help Center." If you're using a browser, click "More" on the left side of your screen and choose "Rayah Help Center").

If your kids attend a nursery, private or charter school:
- Go to your Homepage.
- If you verified your account, on the top of your screen, click on the "Add" button and you'll be able to select and add their profiles to your account.
If you have not verified your account, you need to verify your account first in order to access your kids' profiles.To verify your account:
- Go to your profile (click on your profile photo or avatar).
- Click on "Validate".
- You can either choose "Validate with UAE PASS" or if you can't use UAE PASS, choose "Validate with other options".
If you choose to validate through UAE PASS, you'll be directed to UAE PASS app to confirm.
If you choose other options, you can either validate your information with Emirates ID number and email address or Emirates ID number and phone number.If your kids attend public schools, you'll not be able to find their information on Rayah.
Should you need further assistance, visit Rayah help center on your app (From "More" at the bottom of your screen, go to "Rayah help center". If using a browser, go to "More" on the left side of your screen and choose "Rayah help center".

To access your kids' information at their nursery, private or charter school, your Rayah account needs to be verified. Once verified, your kids' profiles will automatically appear, allowing you to easily add them to your profile.
To validate your account through UAE PASS:
- Select "Validate through UAE PASS".
- You'll be directed to the UAE PASS app to confirm. If using your browser, open UAE PASS app on your phone and confirm. To learn more about UAE PASS or if you need assistance with your UAE PASS app, please visit https://icp.gov.ae/en/uae-pass/.
If you cannot use UAE PASS app:- Choose "Validate with other options".
- You have the option to validate your account using either your phone number and Emirates ID or email address and Emirates ID.
If you're still unable to find your kids' profiles:- Your kids may not be enrolled in a nursery, private or charter school in Abu Dhabi.
- Or your personal details may not be up to date on ADEK’s Student Information System (eSIS).
Here’s what you need to do:- Ask the nursery or school to update your details on eSIS. Use the same eID, email and phone number of your Rayah account.
- You should receive an SMS once updated. Your kids’ profiles will appear on Rayah in 4 days, if not, contact our support team.

If your kid attends a nursery, private or charter school:
The school or nursery may have not recorded your kid's information on ADEK’s Student Information System (eSIS). In case of inaccurate or unavailable information, contact the school or nursery. kids' profiles should include their personal details, school information, marks, attendance, and more.

Go to your kid's profile, scroll down, and click on the arrow next to "Academic Report". Once it opens the screen for "Academic Year", select the year to view the report.
If you're using a browser, go to your kid's profile, then scroll down to "Academic Report" to select the academic year you would like to view.
