5 Most Asked Questions
  • All the information on Rayah is provided by your kids' nursery, private or charter school via ADEK's Student Information System (eSIS). If you notice any incorrect or missing details, please reach out to their school or nursery directly.

    If the school or nursery verifies that your kids' information is current and you still encounter issues, please contact us through the Rayah Help Center (on the app, tap "More" at the bottom of your screen and select "Rayah Help Center." If you're using a browser, click "More" on the left side of your screen and choose "Rayah Help Center").

  • If your kids attend a nursery, private or charter school:

    1. Go to your Homepage.
    2. If you verified your account, on the top of your screen, click on the "Add" button and you'll be able to select and add their profiles to your account.


    If you have not verified your account, you need to verify your account first in order to access your kids' profiles.

    To verify your account:

    1. Go to your profile (click on your profile photo or avatar).
    2. Click on "Validate".
    3. You can either choose "Validate with UAE PASS" or if you can't use UAE PASS, choose "Validate with other options".


    If you choose to validate through UAE PASS, you'll be directed to UAE PASS app to confirm.
    If you choose other options, you can either validate your information with Emirates ID number and email address or Emirates ID number and phone number.

    If your kids attend public schools, you'll not be able to find their information on Rayah. 

    Should you need further assistance, visit Rayah help center on your app (From "More" at the bottom of your screen, go to "Rayah help center". If using a browser, go to "More" on the left side of your screen and choose "Rayah help center".

  • To access your kids' information at their nursery, private or charter school, your Rayah account needs to be verified. Once verified, your kids' profiles will automatically appear, allowing you to easily add them to your profile.

    To validate your account through UAE PASS:

    1. Select "Validate through UAE PASS".
    2. You'll be directed to the UAE PASS app to confirm. If using your browser, open UAE PASS app on your phone and confirm. To learn more about UAE PASS or if you need assistance with your UAE PASS app, please visit https://icp.gov.ae/en/uae-pass/.

     
    If you cannot use UAE PASS app:

    1. Choose "Validate with other options".
    2. You have the option to validate your account using either your phone number and Emirates ID or email address and Emirates ID.


    If you're still unable to find your kids' profiles:

    1. Your kids may not be enrolled in a nursery, private or charter school in Abu Dhabi.
    2. Or your personal details may not be up to date on ADEK’s Student Information System (eSIS).


    Here’s what you need to do:

    1. Ask the nursery or school to update your details on eSIS. Use the same eID, email and phone number of your Rayah account.
    2. You should receive an SMS once updated. Your kids’ profiles will appear on Rayah in 4 days, if not, contact our support team.

  • If your kid attends a nursery, private or charter school:

    The school or nursery may have not recorded your kid's information on ADEK’s Student Information System (eSIS). In case of inaccurate or unavailable information, contact the school or nursery. kids' profiles should include their personal details, school information, marks, attendance, and more.

    Should you need further assistance, visit Rayah help center on your app (From "More" at the bottom of your screen, go to "Rayah help center". If using a browser, go to "More" on the left side of your screen and choose "Rayah help center".

  • Go to your kid's profile, scroll down, and click on the arrow next to "Academic Report". Once it opens the screen for "Academic Year", select the year to view the report.
     
    If you're using a browser, go to your kid's profile, then scroll down to "Academic Report" to select the academic year you would like to view. 

Other Questions
  • You can add or remove any interests you want. Follow the below steps to edit your interests:

    1. Go to your profile (click on your profile photo or avatar).
    2. From "Manage your Account", choose "Interests".
    3. Select the interests you would like to add or remove. 

  • If your account was set up with UAE PASS, you must log in using UAE PASS. If you registered using an email and password, please use the same credentials to log in.

  • If you're having trouble logging into Rayah, please check the following:

    1. If you registered using an email and password, make sure to select the option for "Log in with Email".
    2. If you created your account using UAE PASS, make sure to select the option for "Log in with UAE PASS".
    3. Check your network settings to ensure you have a stable connection. Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or that mobile data is enabled for Rayah.

  • Rayah is accessible to all parents and planning parents. If you're expecting or have a newborn, Rayah can help you search for nurseries and schools, learn about the curricula available in Abu Dhabi, and enjoy events and special offers.

  • To verify your account, click on your profile image next to your name and follow the steps below.

    To validate your account through UAE PASS:

    1. Select "Validate through UAE PASS".
    2. Rayah app will automatically redirect you to the UAE PASS app for confirmation. If you're using Rayah through a browser, open the UAE PASS app on your phone and use the generated code to verify your account. To learn more about UAE PASS or if you need assistance, please visit: https://icp.gov.ae/en/uae-pass/

    If you do not have access to UAE PASS:

    1. Choose 'Validate with other options' on Rayah.
    2. Enter your Emirates ID and the email address or mobile number you provided the school or nursery when registering your kid.

    If you validate your account with your mobile number, you'll receive an OTP (one-time password) to verify your phone number.

    If you validate your account with your email address, you will receive a link to verify your email address.
     

  • No, Rayah is designed for parents. You can log in using your UAE PASS App or with the email address and password you used to register with Rayah.

  • Absolutely! You can create an account on Rayah whether you're living in the UAE or planning to move here.

  • Unfortunately, you cannot recover deleted accounts. You have to sign up again and create a new account.

  • Follow these steps to change your email address:

    1. If you are using the app, select "More" at the bottom of your screen, then go to "Rayah help center". If you are using a browser, go to "More" on the left side of your screen and choose "Rayah help center".
    2. Under "Settings", click on "Account security" and choose "Change email address".
    3. Enter your new email address.
    4. A verification link will be sent to your new email address.
    5. Once you click on the verification link, your email address should be updated on Rayah.

  • To find schools and nurseries near or within your area check the following:

    1. Allow Rayah to access your location. If using a mobile device, go to your mobile settings, search for Rayah, and allow it to access your location. If using a browser, go to your browser settings and allow location access.
    2. There are no schools or nurseries available in your area. If Rayah can access your location and you still cannot find schools or nurseries in your area, go to "Location" on the "School & Nursery Finder" and disable the option "looking for schools and nurseries near you?" or choose a different location.

  • You can retrieve your email address by following the below steps:

    1. Click on "Having trouble with login? Click here".
    2. Choose "Forgot Email Address".
    3. Enter your username and password. You should get directed to another screen displaying your email address.

  • Yes, Rayah is accessible anytime, anywhere from your browser. You can access it by visiting https://rayah.ae.

  • Follow these steps to change your phone number:

    1. Go to your profile (click on your profile photo or avatar).
    2. Select "Edit" on the upper right of your screen.
    3. Make sure to enter your new phone number correctly.
    4. For UAE residents, An OTP will be sent to your new phone number. Once entered correctly, your number will be updated. For non-UAE residents, your number will be updated instantly. You'll not receive an OTP.

  • You can retrieve your username by following the below steps:

    1. Click on "Having trouble with login? Click here".
    2. Choose "Forgot Username".
    3. Enter your email address. You should receive an email message with your username.

  • You can reset your password by following the below steps:

    1. Click on "Having trouble with login? Click here".
    2. Choose "Reset Password".
    3. Enter the email address used to create your account. You should receive a link to choose a new password.
    4. Enter the new password.

    Log in to your account using your email address and new password. If you still cannot log in to Rayah, please contact us at rayah@adek.gov.ae.

     

  • When you delete your Rayah account, all information associated with it will be permanently lost, and you will need to create a new account if you wish to use Rayah again. This action does not remove your data from other ADEK systems, such as ADEK's Student Information System (eSIS).

  • If you haven't received the verification link, do the following:

    1. Check your spam or junk folder.
    2. Allow a few minutes for delivery, as there can sometimes be a delay.
    3. Check your email address. Make sure you have entered your email address correctly. In case of inaccurate information, please re-enter your email address.
    4. Resend verification link. You can click the "Resend" button and a new verification link will be sent your way.

    If you tried all the above and you still have not received the verification link, reach out to us at rayah@adek.gov.ae for assistance. 

  • You have not verified your account yet on Rayah. To verify your account, click on your profile image next to your name and follow the instructions.

    You can verify your account using UAE PASS, or by entering your Emirates ID and the email address or phone number you provided to the school or nursery when registering your kid. 

    If you have not registered your kid yourself, contact the nursery or school and ask them to update your information on ADEK’s Student Information System (eSIS).

  • If you see this message, it means you already have an account with Rayah. There's no need to sign up again. Please log in using the method you originally used to create your account, either by UAE PASS or by entering your email address and password.

  • No, you cannot download your kid's profile from Rayah. However, information of enrolled kids in nurseries, private or charter schools is always accessible on the platform.

  • If you are trying to create an account using "Sign up with UAE PASS " and you are facing issues, ensure that your UAE PASS account is already verified on the UAE PASS app. To check if the account is verified, open the UAE PASS app and check if it says "Verified Account" under your name.

  • UAE PASS helps us verify your account and simplify access to your kid's information. This applies to kids or students that are enrolled in a nursery, private, or charter school, and have their information updated in ADEK’s Student Information System (eSIS).

  • Follow these steps to change your language Rayah:

    1. If you are using the app, select "More" at the bottom of your screen, then go to "Rayah help center". If you are using a browser, go to "More" on the left side of your screen and choose "Rayah help center".
    2. Under Settings, go to "Preferences".
    3. Choose your preferred language.

    The language will be updated to your preferred language.

  • You can remove your kid's profile from your account by visiting their profile, clicking on the 3 dots above, and choosing the remove option.

    If your kid attends a nursery, private or charter school, their information will remain within ADEK’s Student Information System (eSIS) even if you delete your own account.

  • If you're experiencing an issue on Rayah or if you need any assistance, visit Rayah help center.

    If you are using the app, select "More" at the bottom of your screen, go to "Rayah help center". If you are using a browser, go to "More" on the left side of your screen and choose "Rayah help center".

    Choose the subject from the dropdown, fill the form and attach any screenshots that may help us understand and resolve your issue. If you cannot access Rayah help center, you can contact us on rayah@adek.gov.ae.

  • No, you need to connect to Wifi or mobile data to access Rayah.

    1. Go to "More" at the bottom of the screen if you are using the app or on the left side of your screen if you're using a browser.
    2. Under Support, choose "Rayah Help Center" and select "Give feedback or suggestions" from the Subject menu and share your thoughts with us.

  • If you haven't received the OTP, please follow these steps:

    1. Verify that you've entered the correct mobile number.
    2. Allow a few minutes for delivery, as there can sometimes be a delay.
    3. Check your internet connection.
    4. Check your spam or blocked messages.

    If the OTP still hasn't arrived or has expired, you can request a new one after a few minutes.

  • If you receive this message, it means that you already have an account on Rayah. You don't have to sign up again. Please try to log in using UAE PASS.

  • Yes, Rayah is entirely free to use. Verifying your account will grant you access to extra features, tools, and educational resources at no additional cost.
